We provide environmental services including industrial hygiene, hazardous materials testing, and environmental data capture consulting, such as:  employee exposure assessments for air contaminants; indoor air quality (IAQ) evaluations; mold & microbiological testing, hazardous materials abatement design specifications and plans for renovations, demolition projects; and more. Erica Sattar – Director of Environmental

Znap Fly’s Environmental Services is lead by our experienced environmental professional Erica Sattar (Principal & Director of Environmental).  Ms. Sattar holds a Bachelor’s of Science in Health Science with a concentration in Occupational Health and Safety, is a Cal-OSHA Certified Asbestos Consultant (CAC), and holds AHERA building inspector, abatement supervisor, management planner, and project designer certificates. She is a CDPH certified lead sampling technician, has completed the CDPH accredited training for lead-related construction monitoring, NITON and Heuresis training for XRF lead testing operation, 40 hour HAZWOPER trained, and CPR certified.

Environmental with Technology

Znap Fly embraces new innovative, more efficient and accurate ways of tackling tasks. We have helpful tools like our 3D camera scanners to capture a highly accurate layout of the building surveyed. A 3D scan can be performed to generate plans to show sample locations, room names and/or numbers, and help calculate accurate square footages. This also proves to be a very helpful tool for contractors to visually tour the interiors for an accurate bid.

Znap Fly is also trained and authorized for the use of XRF lead testing instrumentation, a key tool to efficiently survey a building for lead paint.  A non destructive non-invasive device that detects lead instantly.

Utilizing our in-house Drone capabilities brings a much more efficient way to perform inspections and visual hazardous materials inspections to hard to reach areas such as bridges and roofs as well as large site images; bringing convenience, efficiency and above all safety. With drones site conditions can be documented as well as pull out critical information such as area measurements and notations/documentation. Making communication and documentation much easier.
